Hmm it seems like your site ate my first comment (it was extremely long) so I guess I’ll just sum it up what I had written and say, I’m thoroughly enjoying your blog. I as well am an aspiring blog writer but I’m still new to the whole thing. Do you have any suggestions for beginner blog writers? I’d definitely appreciate it.

      Cupola,
Thanks for the vote of approval. In regards to beginning blog writing; this is my third Blog. I had one on Microsoft Office Live which has been converted to this WordPress, another on a corporate internal site ( http://www.satory.com ) that was exposed to the Internet, the last and longest a Blog on http://www.cyonresearch.com which is focused around engineering software. That said; I’d consider myself a beginner still.

Tips: it depends upon what you’re after. I didn’t start any of these blogs with the goal of making any money from them. I don’t post or tweet with the intent of building a huge following. My goal was to get ideas and content out for: 1) discussion 2) for the possibility of creating a book on the practice of Enterprise Architecture. –past decade my peers have been encouraging me to write a book. I’d resisted doing so as I didn’t believe I had enough to say that was important or the discipline to write. Two years ago my friends and peers had convinced me I was wrong; I have plenty to say worth saying. I decided start by using a blog.

      If this is you also:
      1) Write what you believe in or observe
      2) Worry more about being true to your voice than finding an audience, I trust my audience will find me
      3) Try to write every day or at least a regular period

I’m reading a few books on blogging, but so far most are focused on building an audience so you can be famous or monetize as a primary goal, not my objective.

Hey there just wanted to give you a brief heads up and let you know a few of the pictures aren’t loading properly. I’m not sure why but I think its a linking issue. I’ve tried it in two different internet browsers and both show the same results.

I truly appreciate this post. I’ve been looking all over for this! Thank goodness I found it on Bing. You’ve made my day! Thanks again! “All that is gold does not glitter not all those that wander are lost.” by J. R. R. Tolkien.

  4. Added to my favorites, I seriously like your blog!

  5. I’m impressed, I have to say. Really hardly ever do I encounter a weblog that’s both educative and entertaining, and let me let you know, you might have hit the nail on the head. Your concept is outstanding; the problem is something that not enough persons are speaking intelligently about. I’m very happy that I stumbled throughout this in my search for one thing relating to this.
